1. What we hold
Your name, the email or phone number you sign in with, your password as a one-way hash we cannot read, your photo if you add one, your bio and playing preferences, everything you do in the competition (results, points, messages you write), and the device tokens that deliver notifications. The app does not track you across other apps or websites.
2. What it is used for
Running the club: the league, the draw, match confirmation, notifications, and showing your profile to other members. Nothing is sold, rented, or used for advertising. There are no third-party analytics on the member screens.
3. Who sees what
Other members see your name, photo, division, rating, results and bio — you can narrow that in the account settings. Your email and phone number are visible only to you and to club staff who manage membership. A member you block cannot see you at all.
4. Where it lives
On the club’s own server, behind Cloudflare. Session tokens are stored hashed; passwords are stored as scrypt hashes. Messages you delete are deleted, not hidden.
5. Notifications
Push notifications carry who and what happened, never the text of a message. You control them per category in the app, and the operating system’s switch always wins.
6. Your rights
You can see everything we hold about you (it is on your profile and in your history), correct it, export it by asking, and delete your account in the app. Deletion destroys your identity: name, photo, bio, contact details, sessions and messages are erased. Results you were part of stay in the league under the name “Former member”, because a played night cannot be unplayed.
7. Children
The club is for adults. We do not knowingly hold data about children.
8. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, you will be asked to accept the new terms before continuing to use the app.
