1. What this is

Rise & Rally is the members’ app of one padel club in Doha, Qatar. It runs the club’s americanos, league, matches and tournaments. Membership of the app follows membership of the club: accounts are created by the club, not by signing up online.

2. Your account

You sign in with the email or phone number the club registered for you. Keep your password to yourself. What happens on your account is your responsibility until you tell us it has been compromised.

3. The rules — zero tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. That means, in chat, in your bio, in match notes, in your name, and in your photo:

no abuse, harassment or threats · no hate speech · no spam or advertising · no sexual content · nothing illegal under Qatari law.

You can report any message or member from inside the app. The club reads every report within 24 hours and acts on it — removal of the content, suspension, or removal from the club. You can block any member; they are never told, and neither of you sees the other afterwards.

4. The competition

League points, ratings and standings are computed by the rules published in the guide. Results you record must be honest: a match waits for the other side to agree before it counts. Fabricated results are a conduct matter, not a scoring dispute.

5. Your content

You keep what you post. You give the club the right to show it to other members inside the app — that is all it is used for. Deleting your account deletes your content with it, as described on the account deletion page.

6. Availability

The app is provided as it is. The club tries to keep it up and your data safe, and does not promise perfection. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited.

7. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time, in the app, in a minute. The club can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

8. Contact

The club desk, on the club WhatsApp or by email at [email protected]. Qatar law governs these terms.
